Aníbal Gómez Marquina is a founding partner of MNP Consultores, with more than 25 years of experience specializing in tax, administrative and constitutional litigation. Recognized for his ability to handle highly complex cases, he has successfully represented large taxpayers and municipal governments throughout the country, achieving the favorable conclusion of tax controversies for more than 3,000 million pesos in recent years.
His professional experience includes positions within the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and the Federal Judiciary, where he served as Secretary of Study and Account. This institutional experience allows him to approach each matter with a strategic, technical and comprehensive legal vision.
He holds a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Taxation, as well as a Law Degree from the Universidad de Guadalajara, a Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Panamericana and a Master's Degree in Administrative Law from the UNAM, and a Master's Degree Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU (Spain). He complements his academic profile with studies at ITAM and the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal. As a professor, he has taught courses on Tax, Constitutional and Amparo Law, contributing to the formation of new generations of jurists.
