Viridiana Vera is Litigation Coordinator at MNP Consultores, where she leads the legal defense strategy before authorities such as SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT and federal courts. Her approach combines technical expertise in litigation, legal risk prevention and specialized tax advice for small and medium-sized companies.
She is a lawyer graduated from the University of Guadalajara, with more than 14 years of experience in the tax field, both in the public sector and in the private sector. In the public service, she worked as a tax attorney at SAT and as a legal advisor at PRODECON, participating in legal representation processes and conclusive agreements. Her work in these institutions gave her a deep understanding of the Mexican Tax System.
He has specialized training in Tax Law, Administrative Law, Amparo and Human Rights. She has completed a Diploma in Amparo Trial by the SCJN, a diploma in Real Estate Law and is currently studying a tax diploma at the College of Public Accountants of Guadalajara. She is certified as Lead Auditor in Management Systems ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
