Laura Brambila is Strategic Lawyer of the Litigation area at MNP Consultores. He has more than 7 years of specialized experience in administrative litigation, particularly in the defense of taxpayers before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.

She holds a law degree from the Universidad Enrique Díaz de León and has complemented her education with a diploma in Tax Excellence and Management Skills from the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos (Institute of Specialization for Executives). She has also completed the SAT Tax Rules and Procedures program, which strengthens her technical expertise in tax matters.

Within MNP, he has developed legal strategies in proceedings before the SAT and PRODECON, including compulsas, exhibition of materiality, appeals for revocation, and rejection of refunds.
