Outstanding Achievement

Through preventive alternative justice agreements that were favorably approved by the IJA, dozens of real estate leases have been signed, including housing, commercial premises and warehouses, promoting a culture of conflict prevention and formalization of contractual relations in leases. 

Appropriate contractual structures have been created through free will and different tools to prevent any future conflicts between the parties in commercial operations, strengthening their relationships and formalizing agreements.
