  • Our client was facing five disputes with former employees, with a high risk of becoming costly and lengthy labor lawsuits. The challenge was to avoid onerous indemnities, legal proceedings and damage to corporate reputation. At MNP Consultores we designed a customized labor conciliation strategy, representing the client in five pre-judicial hearings before the Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration. The result: favorable settlements without the need for litigation, reduced time and legal costs, preserved financial stability and protected reputation. This case demonstrates that a preventive and humane strategy in labor matters not only resolves conflicts, but also generates confidence and legal certainty for organizations.
  • A case was handled in which several employees of a security company left their jobs and attempted to file a lawsuit. After the corresponding meeting, it was recognized that the separation was due to personal reasons and that there were no grounds to proceed legally. The employer was thus spared a pre-judicial hearing and the risk of facing labor lawsuits.
  • See signed a collaboration agreement with a manufacturing company in the automotive sector to implement a preventive labor shield, focused on strengthening its regulatory compliance and mitigating labor risks. The project includes the regularization of contracts, payrolls and records, as well as the implementation of applicable NOMs, benefiting a workforce of 40 workers. With this measure, the company is prepared for any labor inspection, avoiding sanctions and strengthening its operation with legal certainty.
  • We accompanied a client in the veterinary products import sector in Jalisco under a labor equalization scheme. We conducted a comprehensive audit and issued an opinion to improve their labor documentation, preparing new documents where necessary. In addition, we managed successful terminations with ratification before the Conciliation Center and provided ongoing advice to Human Resources. As a result, the company strengthened its compliance and minimized future risks.
