With 4 years of experience, he has participated in the defense of taxpayers against tax credits, as well as in the legal structuring of companies and commercial contracts.

She holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has additional training in Real Estate Law from the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce and International Taxation, with a focus on Global Minimum Tax (Pillar 2), from the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México.

His experience includes the drafting of contentious-administrative lawsuits, direct and indirect injunctions, appeals and appeals for review, as well as the drafting of civil, commercial and assignment of rights contracts. He has also handled national and international trademark registrations.
