Jorge Cadena is Coordinator of the Corporate area in MNP Consultores, with 6 years of specialized experience in corporate, tax and administrative law, as well as a complementary trajectory of 3 years in the criminal area.

He is a lawyer graduated from the University of Guadalajara, with continuous training in corporate law, tax law and alternative dispute resolution methods. He is certified by the Institute of Alternative Justice of the State of Jalisco as a service provider in mediation and conciliation, and has participated in several courses and workshops focused on arbitration, agreements, labor conciliation and lifting of the corporate veil.

In his current role, he leads the legal structuring of corporate transactions, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance and attention to authorities' requirements. His strategic approach, technical capacity and comprehensive vision position him as a reference in the legal management of complex companies and corporate structures.
