Jorge Padilla is Litigation Coordinator at MNP Consultores, with more than 10 years of experience in tax, administrative and amparo litigation. His trajectory is distinguished by a solid legal preparation and a practice oriented to the strategic defense of taxpayers in legal controversies at the municipal, state and federal level.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Marista de Guadalajara and a Master's Degree in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana. His training is complemented with diplomas in Tax Excellence, Unconstitutionality of the Amparo Law and Jurisprudence, Restorative Justice and Nullity Trial. He has actively participated in specialized forums such as the Congress on Unconstitutionality of the Law, organized by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.

In her role at MNP Consultores, she brings a technical and strategic approach to the resolution of tax controversies, with expertise in current legislation, jurisprudence analysis and applicable doctrine. His previous experience includes collaborations in private firms, as well as an internship at the Tax Administration Service (SAT), strengthening his comprehensive understanding of the legal-tax environment.
