Luis Sanchez Tapia is Corporate Manager at MNP Consultores, with more than 15 years of experience advising national and international companies in highly complex legal transactions. His professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, regulatory compliance, foreign investment and asset protection.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Latina de America and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in Corporate and Transactional Law from the University of Illinois. His education is complemented with a Diploma in Tax Law, International Corporate Law, Climate Finance and Registry Law and Public Real Estate Registry. 

He has participated as a key advisor in relevant stock exchange transactions in the Mexican Stock Exchange and asset divestiture processes of public companies, including transactions valued at more than US$2 billion. He has also collaborated with Mexican financial sector entities in compliance with international standards such as those issued by IOSCO and CPMI.

In addition to his professional activity, he has been a university professor in Banking and Securities Law at Universidad Anáhuac, Campus Norte and Universidad Iberoamericana. His approach combines rigorous legal analysis, strategic vision and close accompaniment to clients and teams, positioning him as a reference in transactional corporate law.
