Michelle Romero is Innovation Coordinator at MNP Consultores, where she drives the development of new services, internal process improvement and organizational change management. She has more than 5 years of experience in the legal and consulting fields, with a strategic vision at the intersection between law, regulatory compliance and business innovation.

She holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her training is complemented with specializations in Oral Trials, Criminal-Fiscal Law, Agile Professional Project Management and Business Innovation and Money Laundering Prevention and Compliance Officer by the CNBV.

In her current role, she leads projects that strengthen the culture of innovation and efficiency within the firm, from the management of legal and tax instruments to the design and implementation of innovative business models. Her comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach positions her as a key pillar in the evolution and competitiveness of MNP Consultores.
