Monserrat Sahagún is Tax Area Manager at MNP Consultores. She has a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a background in tax, corporate and intellectual property law, with more than six years of professional experience in law firms and specialized consulting.

He has a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Panamericana and has complemented his education with diploma courses in Corporate Law (Tec de Monterrey, ANADE Jalisco) and Federal Administrative Litigation (Centro de Interpretación Jurídica, S.C.).

In MNP he leads the legal and tax advice of highly taxed clients, attending audits, reviews and legal strategies before the SAT, PRODECON and other authorities. He has also managed processes in corporate matters, industrial property, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Her technical approach, analytical skills and comprehensive vision of the legal environment position her as a key player in mitigating risks and strengthening the strategic compliance of MNP Consultores.
