Ulises Navarro is a founding partner of MNP Consultores, with more than 14 years of experience specializing in corporate, tax and corporate governance consulting, he has established himself as a strategic advisor to family businesses and business groups in Mexico, accompanying their governing bodies in processes of institutionalization, tax compliance and organizational strengthening.
He has participated as counselor and advisor in Committees and Boards of Directors, providing comprehensive support in tax decisions, corporate structuring and estate planning. His experience covers sectors such as the hotel, pharmaceutical, technology, real estate and primary sectors.
He holds a law degree and a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He has a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Panamericana and a Master's Degree in Senior Business Management (MEDEX) from the IPADE Business School. He complements his training with diplomas in High Specialization in Tax and Tax Defense, Corporate Governance and Family Businesses, taught by recognized institutes such as the Mexican Institute of Tax Analysis and the Mexican Institute of Best Corporate Practices, respectively, which allows him to integrate legal, tax and strategic knowledge for the benefit of his clients.
His focus is on building solid, sustainable business structures that are aligned with the current challenges of the corporate and tax environment.
